BODY RESET is a 30 minute lunch time CARDIO and STRENGTHENING program.
Layout: 3-4 sets of 5 exercises (step / weights/ floor work) done in a HIIT style to allow you to get the most of your lunch break!
WHAT: 6 week program
WHEN: Starting NOVEMBER 2ND // Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15 to 12:45
FEE: $6 PER CLASS when you sign up for both Mondays and Wednesdays for the full 6 weeks!
