Chair Yoga with Weights

A gentle practice that incorporates stretches and strengthening poses done either seated in a chair or standing with a chair close by. This class is built specifically to improve postural awareness, balance and flexibility. Hand weights are incorporated in this class to help gently build strength in the upper body. This class can be done without hand weights with the option to slowly build up to using them!
