Exploring Yoga is an open, all levels class. Each week will have a different focus, and will help you develop your practice without feeling overwhelmed or confused. We will take time to get into postures, learn specific techniques, and focus on how postures feel. Yoga always enhances balance, strength and flexibility and regular practice helps deepen your understanding of the postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. This is a soft approach to your practice and will help reduce stress and calm the mind. All levels are welcome.
