Gentle Hatha

Classical Hatha is a foundational yoga practice of sitting and standing postures, forward folds, hip openers, twists, gentle backbends that prepare the body for deep relaxation. We flow gently from posture to posture and link movement to breath. Modifications are offered for those wishing more of a challenge, as well as options for newer students to adapt as they learn, encouraging the participation of everyone. This class invites you to delve deeper into your practice with longer holds, while still maintaining a gentle feel through slower movements.
