Nordic Pole Walking

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Each week will consist of 2 walks of about 24-30 minutes long wih the option to do a third walk on your own time on the weekend! Before our Tuesday walks, we will also discuss various health-related topics to increase awareness of the importance of being active for our wellness.
Using walking poles kindly given to us by the Town of Stratford, we will learn how to use walking poles and make our walks as efficient as possible.
