Step cardio is a fitness class to stay active and break a sweat!
In this introductory program, we will work on your STRENGTH, your CARDIO and your BALANCE to keep you HEALTHY, INDEPENDENT and HAPPY!
Class Layout: Run through the different steps that exist, then combine them into a fun routine.
FEE: $45 for 1 attendance per week
$80 for both weekly sessions
