MONDAYS

10:30am Chair Yoga with Allison St. Pierre

This class uses seated and standing poses to help improve overall mobility and strength within the body. It involves modified poses that are done while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. This makes yoga accessible to individuals with mobility issues, those recovering from injury, older adults, or anyone looking for a gentler practice.

A slower practice where we focus on the appropriate tension working with a cooler body, holding for time (3-5 mins) and seeking stillness in the body and mind. A great class to work on joints and fascia of the body while practicing concentration, mediation and mindfulness as we slow down our yoga practice. A great way to ease into the week! Most of this class will be practiced on the mat in either seated, kneeling or supine postures.
TUESDAYS

12:15pm Sweat & Sculpt with Keely Turner

Sweat & Sculpt combines strength and cardio intervals for a full-body burn. This dynamic class uses bodyweight movements and light dumbbells to improve cardiovascular health, promote muscle growth and burn fat. Get faster, stronger and more agile with safe and effective movement taught by Keely Turner, a certified trainer with over 10 years of experience. Sweat & Sculpt is easily modified so you can participate regardless of your fitness level. Let’s get sweaty!

WEDNESDAYS

6:30pm Yang Yoga with Leah Classen

A more active, traditional hatha yoga practice where we focus on alignment, breath with movement and work on balance.  This class will help raise the heart rate slowly, warming up the muscles safely while also getting to lengthen them.  You will move through a standing series then onto the mat for back/core work and finally some relaxing stretches before savasana.  Great way to move and let go of mid-week stagnant energy that may be weighing you down!

10:30am Hip & Knee Wellness with Allison St. Pierre

A 6-week therapeutic exercise program that will help those struggling with hip and knee pain caused by, arthritis, joint replacements, or de-conditioning.
SATURDAYS

10:00am Fit/Yoga with Leah Classen

A non impact class (sometimes using light weights or body weight) meant to prepare you for the day, get the blood pumping and build some muscle.  Full body workout with many options for accessibility.  This class will consist of roughly 40 mins fitness with 20 mins yoga stretch at the end.  Leave feeling ready for face a busy Saturday!

11:30am Pilates with Allison St. Pierre

Pilates is a safe and effective method of rehabilitation and exercise that focuses on muscular balance, improves strength and flexibility. Pilates is excellent for improving posture, strengthening core muscle groups, reducing lower back pain and more! This 6 week program is excellent for beginners as we will be starting with low impact restorative exercises first and building to more challenging poses as the weeks progress. This class is taught by Manual Osteopath Allison St Pierre who has seven years treating chronic pain cases. Using her experience with group classes and one on one treatments Allison plans to cater this program to the needs of each student and progress everyone at a pace that will be appropriate for them!
