MONDAYS

10:30am Chair Yoga with Allison St. Pierre

This class use a combination of seated and standing postures to help build strength, flexibility and balance through the body. The use of a chair makes many poses more accessible to those who have trouble with balance, are not comfortable getting down on the floor, or are not comfortable getting down on their knees.

7:15pm Yoga Nidra with Andrea St. Jules

This class will begin with some gentle yin yoga postures to unwind and prepare the body and mind to then settle in for Yoga Nidra, or “Yoga sleep”. Most often practiced lying down in shavasana pose, Yoga Nidra slows the brainwave activity, guiding you beyond thought into a deeply relaxed state of “wakeful sleep”. Gift your nervous system some precious time to simply rest, digest and de-stress. (Added bonus – studies have shown that a practice of Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as 3 hours of sleep!)

6:30pm Yin Yang Yoga with Leah Classen

A more active, traditional hatha yoga practice where we focus on alignment, breath with movement and work on balance.  This class will help raise the heart rate slowly, warming up the muscles safely while also getting to lengthen them.  You will move through a standing series then onto the mat for back/core work and finally some relaxing stretches before savasana.  Great way to move and let go of mid-week stagnant energy that may be weighing you down!
THURSDAYS

10:30am Hip & Knee Wellness with Allison St. Pierre

A 6-week therapeutic exercise program that will help those struggling with hip and knee pain caused by, arthritis, joint replacements, or de-conditioning.

5:00pm Upper Body Wellness with Allison St. Pierre

Are you stuck at a desk most of your day? Starting to notice aches and pains in the neck and shoulders? This six-week program was built to tackle all of your postural issues including neck pain, shoulder pain, stiffness and more! Join us Thursday evenings to build strength, mobility and learn the tools you need to take care of your posture for a healthy happy spine!
FRIDAYS

SATURDAYS

9:00am Fit/Yoga with Leah Classen

A non impact class (sometimes using light weights or body weight) meant to prepare you for the day, get the blood pumping and build some muscle.  Full body workout with many options for accessibility.  This class will consist of roughly 40 mins fitness with 20 mins yoga stretch at the end.  Leave feeling ready for face a busy Saturday!
