You have two ways to join us for in-studio classes.
You can pre-register for a 6 Week Series or join us for drop ins. Joining us for the 6 Week Series offers you a discounted rate and guarantees you a spot each week. Whereas, drop ins allow you the flexibility to come to class when your schedule allows or to try a new one!

Can’t commit to 6 weeks? Drop ins are available for all classes within the 6 Week Series!
*If you are hoping to drop into a class, please contact us in Montague at (902) 361-3150 beforehand! This helps us ensure the class limit hasn’t been reached and gives us the opportunity to let you know if the class has been cancelled due to illness, weather, etc.

Yin Restorative Yoga
Tuesday | 7:30PM – 8:30PM | Camillea Dean
Slow down and enjoy the gentle side of yoga with our Yin Yoga series – balancing the styles of Yin, for soft tissue stretching, and Restorative, for breathwork and relaxation. This is a slow practice – seated, kneeling or supine, where poses are held for 3-6 minutes and allow for stillness of body and mind. Experience deep relaxation, mindfulness and healing through Yin Restorative Yoga.

Pilates
Thursday | 6:00PM – 7:00PM | Allison St. Pierre
Pilates is a safe and effective method of rehabilitation and exercise that focuses on muscular balance, improves strength and flexibility. Pilates is excellent for improving posture, strengthening core muscle groups, reducing lower back pain and more! This 6 week program is excellent for beginners as we will be starting with low impact restorative exercises first and building to more challenging poses as the weeks progress.

The GLA:D Program
Monday & Wednesday | 1:00PM & 3:00PM | Ainsley MacKinnon
GLA:D Canada is an 7-week evidence-based program focusing on education and exercise to address knee and hip pain related to osteoarthritis.
The program is made up of 3 parts:
1️⃣ Education sessions focusing on information related to osteoarthritis, self management strategies, and the benefits of exercise for hip and knee pain related to osteoarthritis.
2️⃣ 6-week in-person group exercise session 2 times per week.
3️⃣ Data collection for quality monitoring which entails 3 questionnaires to be done at your first visit, 3 months following your first visit, and 12 months following your first visit.
